Before You Buy

The first step in the home buying process is to create a “wish list” of your wants and needs. What are the non-negotiable items that are a “must-have” and what are the features that would be nice to have if possible. You’ll also need to set a budget so we can determine the right price band to target. I can help you choose a lender to get you pre-qualified for a loan, and then you're ready to start house hunting.
