About Rodger

A licensed real estate professional since 1993 and Bay Area native, Rodger brings extensive area expertise and deep knowledge of the real estate market to every transaction. A resident of both Willow Glen and Capitola, Rodger has a huge network to help connect buyers and sellers - and find the perfect fit for all of his clients.

Growing up in San Jose, Rodger learned about work ethic and relationship building early on. Decades later, he continues to draw on the teachings of his father, bringing them into his work in real estate. "My parents had six children, and my father was a grocer who owned a small neighborhood market. We didn't have much growing up, but he used to tell me, 'The relationships you have -- friendships and in business -- you have to foster them, treat people respectfully and always honestly.'" Rodger applies those same principles -- his guiding principles -- to real estate.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker in 2015, Rodger spent 15 years in technology as an executive sales leader - building and growing world-class sales organizations for both prominent F1000 companies as well as innovative start-ups. With a family history in commercial properties, he parlayed that sales acumen into commercial real estate - working for 5 years in commercial property sales, leasing, and management. Rodger's exceptionally strong negotiation skills have transcended industries and been a key to his success throughout his career.

Since following his passion into residential real estate 10 years ago, Rodger has consistently been in the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker agents nationwide and most recently was named #1 agent for Coldwell Banker San Jose - Willow Glen for the year 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023

Rodger holds a bachelor's degree in Advertising and Communications from San Jose State University. He lives in Willow Glen with his wife, Brigid, their two young-adult sons, and the family's beloved Goldendoodle, Teddy. When he takes a break from work, Rodger enjoys spending time at the beach, sampling craft beers, and perfecting his grilling skills.
